German Llanos is a Real Estate Consultant and Investor. He helps first-time home buyers and experienced investors in Chicago and Miami. German obtained a Bachelors Degree in Economics at the Catholic University of Lima, Peru and a MBA in Loyola Chicago University. He is currently a CCIM candidate Certified Commercial Investment Member. He has has been in banking since 1997 as an Underwriter, Workout Officer, Commercial Lender and Credit Risk Consulting.
On November, 21st of 2006 German opened 24 Hour Real Estate LLC in Chicago, IL. The Chicago team is formed Rob Wilczynski, Manny Regalado, Aga Kretowski, Ela Biedziuk, Mateusz Jureczko, Konrad Micun and Joanna Szczech. The team started by the end of the Real Estate bubble and immediately had their “proof of fire” with the toughest economical environment for the Real Estate industries in decades.
Nevertheless the team keeps growing strong every year as Top Producers. The Headquarters are located in the Ukrainian Village of Chicago.
